SACA – Who are we

Our firm has been working in the wood sector for forty years, however we specialized in modular raised access floors about twenty years ago. To date we have produced over two million square meters of raised access floors for the largest companies in the field.

Our company produces panels for raised access floors. To date we have produced over 3,000,000 square meters of raised access floors within our Milan factory.

Our products are exported all over the world and our lines of production are able to glue, square off and bead modular panels in the different sizes of: 600×600 mm 600×900 mm 600×1200 mm. The supports that we usually glue and transform are made of chipboard and calcium sulphate.

We pride ourselves in a policy based on absolute control over quality, rigorous production, continuous updating and the transformation of production lines in an industrial sense.

At the moment our daily production rate is of about 2500-3000 panels, depending on the types of supports and finishes. Our specialty is the production of panels for raised access floors with a grès/ceramic finish.

This production has been our focal point for the past 10 years; therefore we take pride in our expertise and reliability in its various operations. Among the different processes one finds the squaring off, a notoriously complex task that has become one of our best skills.
